This two-year, five weekend apprenticeship series is a profound initiation into the shamanic arts of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition as originated by don Oscar Miro Quesada. These powerful wisdom teachings in earth-honoring ceremony and compassionate healing service for personal and planetary transformation are for both current mesa carriers and those new to this lineage tradition. Don Oscar has expertly prepared a group of dedicated THOTH-endorsed teachers to carry these teachings out into the world. Five Weekend Apprenticeship Sequence

Each weekend intensive of The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition: Cross-Cultural Shamanic Arts for Personal and Planetary Renewal builds upon the others. The program’s intention is to awaken in every participant who completes the series a remembrance of their incarnational purpose as luminous strands of the Great Web of Life in service to the Seven Generations.
Here are brief descriptions of some of the contents of each apprenticeship weekend. (A weekend includes Friday evening, Saturday from morning into the night, and Sunday morning to early afternoon. The exact hours are to be determined by the Sponsor, teacher, and the unseen world.)

I. The Call to Heal (Releasing the Past)
This weekend introduces and initiates participants in the historical origins of the Pachakuti Mesa and its cosmology, the three worlds of the Andean cosmovision, ayni, the core ingredients of ceremonial mastery, sacred sound and ritual language, healing and curanderismo, and the ukhupacha.

II. A Balance of Power (Transforming the Present)
During this workshop, participants will experience an apprenticeship with the center of the mesa and the kaypacha, learn about Huachuma curanderismo, the formal stages of mastery in traditional Peruvian curanderismo, the elemental matrix of the kaypacha, mapping the cosmos in Earth, the magico-spiritual power of the kaypacha, the moon’s presence in the kaypacha, and celestial death and rebirth.

III. The Condor’s Quest (Creating the Future)
This weekend’s apprenticeship includes initiation in and learning about the paqokuna and the lineage of the apus, the apus as regents of the hanaqpacha, reciprocity and the guardians of ayni, the tawantin, sami and its sources, the five virtues of the mesa, and experience the hanaqpacha beyond the physical.

IV. The Hummingbird’s Ascent (Living the Mystery)

In this apprenticeship weekend participants will experience and learn about the hanaqpacha qaqya rayu and the flow of kamasqa, the power of Creation, siwar qenti, elements, forces and the body of Pachamama, cultivating the mesa’s integral space, healing with khuyas, the Pachamama Renewal Process, despachos and ritual sustenance, ayni to the elements, the paqowachu, pilgrimage to the hananpacha, k’intu and hatun hallpay.

V. The Shamanic Self (Serving the Earth)
This workshop includes initiation and learning about soul and spirit in ritual process and cosmogonic form, kamasqa and kallpa in the kaypacha, seq’es, dimensionality and time, punku and taqe, the three suns, the hampiqamayoq process, the arte declaration process, the vertical and horizontal dimensions of cuenta, fields, forces, and organization.
